Alot will depend on the location...be very careful if you are looking to buy out here...for the insurance quotes are high for any size property.
Based on the 100's of BPO's I did in Arabi for the Road Home folks, there is going to be alot of changes in the next year as people sell out to the Road Home, while others choose to rebuild.

I am assuming you mean residential lots not commercial. In the last six months vacant land in Arabi has been on the market an average of 86 days. The sales price average is $5 per sq ft with the average size lot being 4255 sq ft. Hope this helps you figure if your property is average or above or below average.
Since we have not seen any local Realtors provide online answers with general trend or stats, I would suggest that you outreach to a few Realtors and request CMAs. You have one offer below.
As Trulia grows, more agents in more locations will be online and be able to provide general responses. If you have any general real estate questions, I am sure that you would get lots of responses. To obtain data about Arabi, we need a few more Trulians from that area.
You can try CRS.com or WCR.com for a list of agents in your area. Both sites will provide a list of member agents and show which have completed education and experience requriements to achieve a designation. If you have family and friends to provide referral, certainly speak with Realtors they provide.
