How is the real estate market ( residential ) in South Fork ? I see a lot for sale but can't find many sales.

There are very few homes for sale. Most sales are for vacant land where people are building homes. South Fork is at the beginning of a boom time. This is in South Fork, Colorado. I am not familiar with the town of Peyton the first answer refers to.

Are you looking in the Town of Peyton, South Fork area? If so, there have been several sales. I had an investor that was looking to purchase several homes in that area. There are about 8-10 for sale at any given time. Send me an email for more infomation.
