Hi Jen -
I have been living in Randolph for the past 12 years and work in the Weichert Realtors Randolph Office....how are homes doing here? I see two markets....either homes are priced well, lots of showings, multiple offers within a week or homes are overpriced, no showings, no offers, and sitting on the market. We are having equivalent pricing to 2003....if we recall...we were all happy then. :) Randolph has excellent schools....my opinion, but with two sons in the school system - I am very impressed. I would be happy to help you if you are thinking of coming to our town. Email me at JSouthren@weichert.com or call me on my cell 201-650-3722. Jill http://www.JillSouthren.com

Randolph's prices are reasonable, anywhere from $375,000 upwards to almost $2 million. The schools are excellent.
Hello fellow Randolph resident. The good times in Randolph are fairly over. There are now homes in the mid $300,000s that are actually quite nice. Shongum has come down too. The fall is about 15% over last year and falling. A 5 bedroom bi-level started out at $599,000 and sold for $430,000. There are other such stories.
If you price right, you will sell quite quickly. I sold a split in Succasunna in Feb in 2 weeks and only $7000 below asking. When the price is right, the avg Morris County seller is getting 95-98% of their asking price.
I don't know if you have gone on the market yet but I work with Marlene Ginsberg and we both live in Randolph. We have 3 listings in Randolph now.
Hi Jen,
I'm with Century 21 in Succasunna. Prices in Randolph are down about 10% in the past year, and it typically takes 60-90 days to sell a home if it is properly priced. If you have a home to sell, I would be happy to answer any questions that you might have. Just contact me through my website. Good luck!
-Marc
