North Chicago is progressing. Lots of new developments have been planned in the area. Housing is a bit off-but it is off county wide. (Lake County). It is the town where Abbott labs, Great Lakes Navel Base, and the VA hospital call home. There is a medical school located on the border. Lots of new apartments are close to shopping and transportation. This area would be good for investors-cheap valuable properties. If you want to know more drop me a line. Thanks
