The real estate market is in season right now. We had the snow birds over the winter but they were not the ones buying, the the investors are. I have had 5 houses go under contract in the last month. I have more business then I can handle I have hired two other agents to help me and am looking at a third. Properties are selling with the right realtors although Marco Island is a different market it isn't because there are no buyers. Most of the Island realtors will get a listing and only show their listings. They may put it on Naples MLS but I have noticed that a lot have only put it on Marcos Mls. I am a little different in the way I think. I am not interested in putting one hook in the water to try and catch one fish. I want to throuw a net in and catch a lot of fish and be able to pick and choose which ones I keep. If you would like some ideas as to how to market your property email me at bcaron@kw.com
