hi joanne,

a lot of it has to do with the rents the units draw...What do the 2 units bring in per month for rents???

Last 12 months indicate 11 sales of doubles in Webster with average sales price of $215K and average market time of 99 days. Currently, 22 like properties are on the market with an average list price of $231K and DOM of 156. Three properties either have offers or are pending. Overall, sales continue with an expanded time horizon.
