There have been 13 sales of single family homes and townhomes over the last 6 months. Only 4 of those were traditional sales. The rest were bank owned or pre-forclosure. There are currently 70 homes on the market and 3 under contract. That means TONS of inventory and competition. It's great if you are looking to buy, but if you need to sell, you might consider staying put for now.
