Hello Nilesh. Unfortunately no foreclosure tours here. In fact, the good deals are usually gone within days of being on the market here. In fact, in the last week, I have had customers make offers on great properties within 2 days of them coming on the market and the banks already accepted other offers. Since we are a resort market, even in the current economic conditions, are market is still moving. The prices however have come down drastically on the oceanfront. This is due to the financing being harder to obtain. You should first start with fiancing to be sure you can actually purchase an oceanfront unit. Unless you are buying cash, this is the first step.
