Wanda and her broker have put together a nice bit of info for you.
She does not address single family homes however. My understanding is that the market has slowed
down as it has in most parts of the country. If you would like info for a home a couple streets up from
the beach, please feel free to call my sister Vickie at 317.509.1935. She has one for sale that you might
like. Most of my family has lived on or near the beach in Gulf Shores.

In all matters of real estate, the best info resource is always your Realtor.

I don't think you can track it very accurately without the MLS database. You could, of course, just scour the deeds and records being recorded in Baldwin County but that might take a lifetime.

Hi Paul,

Sales have been slow. Have you considered buying off the beach a couple
streets back? About a dozen members of my family lived on or near the beach.
The ones who lived on the beach got washed out by hurricanes. The homes
back 2 or 3 streets had very little damage, if any.

A couple sisters of mine own a home a couple streets back that they have put on the market. Let me
