How have the property values of Sterling Pointe townhomes changed since 1996? Are the older homes selling for more or less than in 1996?

Sterling Pointe, last I heard, was the largest complex in Pitt County. Whenever you have a high density of people, you will have higher crime rates. I have not seen any serious violent crimes there, its mostly nuisance and property crimes.

One of the problems over there to me is the high crime rate in Sterling Pointe. I would not want to live there.

Yes...they have dropped considerably in the past 2 years, due to the influx of Section 8 rental and foreclosures. There have been several sales in the low to mid $40's.
