How have home values been affected on the shores of Lake LBJ?

FIRST ANSWER
Alfred,
We have seen a slight decrease in prices and a longer days on the market. The first quarter stats for the HLMLS showed an almost 10% variance in list versus sales prices. Traffic is pickiing up and Memorial Day weekend appears, once again, to be robust.
