How does developer impact fees continue to affect our area in a down/stagnent market?

Developer Impact Fees (DIF) generally have a direct impact on our local market, particularly in a down/stagnant market. In 2011 the Mammoth Lakes Town Council approved a resolution to waive DIF fees for 1-4 unit residential properties and smaller commercial properties. The new Rock n Bowl center is a product of this resolution. This resolution was continued in 2012.

That's a good question, Karen. Does anyone have the answer to this question. I'm really not certain we are being affected righ now.
