How do find lists of recent purchases in Sussex county?

Hi Seth,
The only location I can find for a home buyer or seller to find property transfer information is at http://www.delawareonline.com (the Gannett news site). This gives you the ability by going into Real Estate, then there is a search feature for Recent Transfers by county. Take a look and see what you think. Of course, if you are working with a licensed Realtor, they can certainly help you out!
