How do I find out how much percentage wise the house values dropped between April 2007 and January 2008 in?
Windsor California? I need the information to get some tax relief. Thanks.

The drop in value is very different from area to area, from city to city, even within a neighorhood. Check sold listings on public records for your area or maybe you can find a Realtor or an appraiser that is nice enough to help you out and do some comps for you.
