Hi Franco
Congratulations on the purchase of your home.

I believe you should start by claiming the property. Under the main picture scroll over the button "Edit home facts". Then click on "Claim this home" Click on your name and it will probably prompt you through a series of steps to register and be able to change the pictures.

If this doesn't work visit the help site at: http://www.trulia.com/help/ask/
Here you can ask a website representative to guide you through the process.

At your home's price range I would strongly suggest to do a laundry list of low cost maintenance tasks before you post your property up online. This will ensure the right first impression, attention and ultimately top dollar for your property. Let me know if you would like to work with me as I'am sure we can sell or lease your home for a very attractive price.

Hi Franco,

This is just information from the Public Records which Trulia is posting.
When you list your home for sale depending on the company you select the
information is pushed to Trulia.

Enjoy your new home.

Hello Franco,

I do not know exactly what do you mean by that.
If you are referring to a house or a condo.
If you are preparing to sell, my suggestion is that you use a professional as they take the best angles and light. Remember that above 87% of the properties are seen by internet and therefore professional photos presentation is crucial to get the buyers in.
The more the better, minimum 25.
If you would like to discuss further please give me a call at your convenience.

Hello Franco,
You can claim your home on the Trulia site since you are the home owner and edit the photos.
On your home's listing page click on the "edit home facts" tab on the banner under the photos. Here there is a tab for you to claim your property as the home owner. You should then be able to edit the photos.

If you still experience any problems then contact Trulia at 888-466-3501 M-F from 7:00am-4:00pm PST. A Trulia moderator should be able to assist you.

Good luck to you!
