75022 is basically Flower Mound High School, the newest High School in the LISD system. Medium income is higher than average and the schools are exemplary. Access to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex is central and DFW International Airport is fantastic. This is a highly desirable area and I have not seen any degredation.
As an agent specializing in Flower Mound I can tell you that in some prices ranges the homes are going up! The selling market from $ 250,000 and below is selling like crazy right now! Homes that are nice and priced right are not staying on the market longer then a week! Now the upper end price range is hurting! Homes above $ 500,000 in Flower Mound are taking on the average of 6 months to sell. Each home has its own story but for most the upper end is losing its home values. Great time to buy at this price range, bad time to sell! Texas in a whole is doing fairly well compared to most of the other states and I feel whe are hitting a bottom in the Texas market. New homes sales where up 11% percent this month and I feel we have finally turned the corner! The Flower Mound market has always done well! Why do you buy a house? Location,Location,Location!
