The Waterford is different from the "other" units in Rossmoor. Due to the nature of the Waterford buildings and different HOA and other fees (dining, housekeeping, 24-hr service desk, newer construction) the Waterford deserves its own statistics. Offering separate stats for the Waterford - separating them from the general Rossmoor stats - would be a great help to the potential buyer/seller. How about it?
