This property was initially listed as a EO with an asking price of $161K. It is now listed on other MLS for sale for $224,800. Can you tell me which listing is correct?

Sorry I didn't put al the info... the date of 8/14 is when it got foreclosed on and sold at the trustee's sale. The current owner and seller is Morgan Stanley Trust a banking institution.
