There's a monthly maintenance fee plus a land rent that is paid monthly. These are high end Leasehold condos. Tax assessment is what the government says your property value is and you pay that yearly or twice a year. Should you have additional questions please feel free to call me.

HOA is usually paid monthly. $1,344,500 is the market value or the price of the whole property.

Those are the monthly fees for the unit. However, they include AC Central, Cable TV, Electricity, Hot Water, Sewer, and Water so it's not as horrible as it initially seems. This particular unit has an accepted offer on it but there are 4 more in the same building that are currently up for sale and without offers and all under $200,000. If you would like more information about any of these properties let me know.

The HOA fees are per month, they include: electricity, water, sewer, cable TV & high-speed internet.

The tax assessed value at the Kahala Beach Apartments treats the property as Fee Simple, which it is not, but owners pay property taxes semi-annually as if it was Fee Simple.
