Have there been any sales at Spanish Trails Estates?

FIRST ANSWER
I believe the bank has been resistant to lowering the price at the Spanish Trails Estates. They were holding out for offers in the $700s for most of the 15 homes. My understanding is that they are now entertaining offers in the low $600s. The only property showing pending 266 Spanish Trails Road which went pending 7/22.
