While this may be a good question in some areas (and yours may be one) you may be trying to compare apples and oranges because the value of the land needs to be factored into the equation. If you live in a platted sub, the chances will increase if all other factors are the same.

For some very general numbers, I suggest finding a property within your subdivision on Trulia (uncheck new homes and foreclosures on the left hand column)

When you select one property, then scroll down near the very bottom of the page, there will be information like this. The closer the property, the better chance information will be more accurate.
