Has the road construction on Hwy 9 North of Arlington, WA affected homes sales in that area?

In the long run, the home values north of Arlington will improve with "suicide hill" gone & forgotten. We are happily looking forward to the completion of this project in the fall of 2008. It's been interesting watching the bridge go up, hasn't it? We are very happy to learn the centennial trail project is forging ahead. Our trail riders are all dreaming of connecting up with Pilchuck Tree Farm!! That's supposed to happen this year as well.

In short, no. The reason is there are several ways to access Hwy 9 (Kackman Rd, Bryant, through Arlington). The construction is to straighten out Hwy 9 a bit. It will remain a two-lane road after this period of construction in complete.
