Greetings

This property is located in what was the Voluntary Evacuation zone and was not in the Mandatory or Pre-Evacuation Areas. The fire initially started to the north of where this property is located and the area this property is in is not included in the initial damage assessments. From the available information this property is not believed to be in the burn area.

The current evacuation map can be seen at http://gazette.com/black-forest-fire-evacuation-map/article/…

You can find more information on initial property damage assessments at http://rsg.epcsheriff.com/

I hope this information is helpful

This home is located in the area of the fire but no one knows the complete list of destroyed homes. Authorities are still assessing the area. This home is not listed in the MLS as an active listing.
