Ask the neighbors; Realtors are not required to disclose this information.

Hello Sandra

really this is something that does not have to be disclose under Arizona Law ; you can do some research your self but its going to take you time and you might lose a home you want to rent or purchase but if is important to you do it ; it does matter the year of the home new or old some one could of past away on a home but i think the older the home the more chances are that someone might have past away in that home. you can go to the people that live around the home you like and ask .

In accordance with the law, owners do not have to disclose if someone passed away in a home. If you are curious, however, your best bet is to ask neighbors.

From the Buyer Advisory:

An Arizona law states that sellers and real estate licensees have no liability for failure to disclose to a buyer that the property was ever the site of a natural death, suicide, murder or felony, http://www.azleg.state.az.us/ars/32/02156.htm.

This information is often difficult to uncover; however, the local law enforcement agency may be able to identify calls made to the property address.
