I looked to see where exactly in Charlotte County the $1,000,000 homes are. Since January 1st, 2009, 5 were in Boca Grande and 1 in Englewood.

As you know, a real estate dollar travels pretty far in Port Charlotte so what may have been a million dollar home 4 years ago could be $600,000 today.

There have been 3 homes in Charlotte County that sold for at least 1 million dollars in the last 6 months. There have been 10 that have sold in the past 12 months.
