Curt,

The same information I gave you for Houghton is also available for Midland. Simply change zip codes.

Hi Curt, home value declines have been widespread in Michigan but each market is local. Certain price ranges or neighborhoods have been affected differently as well. I live and work in Gladwin County and have seen as little as 15% decline but as much as 30%. If you are needing your home evaluated contact a local Realtor to discuss the market specific to your area...good luck!
