Yes, I agree with you. I am just wondering if Real Estate in Estero is picking up? Fortunately for me nothing has sold for less than my purchase price last April where I bought. I am thoroughly enjoying my condo and would highly recommend the area to anyone seeking to move to the west coast of FL.

Our weather and activities are fabulous. We enjoy golf, tennis, the beach, eating outdoors, shopping all year. Great opportunities in real estate.

Estero is a great location to buy. It is centrally located between Naples and Ft.Myers and close to the area beaches. Its also one of the fastest growing residential areas.
