Hello Kevin:
Oceanfront condos generally start at about $750.00 a week for a studio at the Islander or Beach Club type of building, 1 bedrooms $1,000, 2 bed $1,200 and 3 bedrooms $1500 and up. These are July and August rates ,we call peak season rates. The closer to the ocean, the better the rental. The bayberry is more of a year round rental or a vacation home. People request "walk to the beach" location and some prefer the North end because the beaches are easily accessed as opposed to the South end where the dunes make it a bit of a hike to the beach. Please feel free to contact me if you should need any other assistance.

Best Regards,

Mary Ann
