it is a beautiful building however, the most important thing you have to ask yourself as a home buyer is whereare you looking to bein thenet 5 to 10 years and what is your over all goal is. As great as murano is, there are many building like it, where people who are buying units as investments are actually loosing money rent wise. They are about 60-70% sold is the word on the street. They will continue to build though, no matter what.

The company that owns it is a large one and you will not have issues.
