Does any one have a ballpark estimate for an addition in Cameron Park (El doado county)?
Hi, we live in Cameron Park (close by El dorado hills), and want to extend our house by ~500 feet - add another room and a bathroom. Does any one have a ballpark estimate for such addition? We would like to make the addition to our single level on raised foundation.

FIRST ANSWER
In Lake Tahoe, Contractors are charging around $200 per square foot for additions. I would think that it would be a bit less down there because there is no snow load. Hope this helps.
