James Athana…, Home Buyer in La Gorce, Miami Beach,...

Do you think in the next two years Miami Beach will look more nicer and less road construction would be noticeable?

Hello James,

Miami Beach is becoming better and better - old buildings are being replaced with new, Mid and North beach are undergoing spectacular face lifts, new restaurants open everywhere...However, with construction work on the buildings and planned improvements, I predict busy streets in Miami Beach -at least for the next 2 years; work needs to be done to accommodate residents, visitors & businesses with better modern infrastructure.

Hope this helps,
