It is difficult to give a good answer to a short question. Marcy has given you raw data. More raw data for recent Mountain View home sales can be viewed at

You really do want to work with a real estate agent to understand and make the best purchase. Mountain View home prices have been rising.

Google has been hiring affecting rental prices and sales prices. There are environmental issues which you should understand before making a purchase.

Why do you ask? and yes I do. That is what a buyer agent does for their buyers. If you want a thumb nail estimate that may or may not be correct you can go to Zillow.com for their Zestimate. Or you can interview and hire a buyers agent who will educate you on the past, current and trending market.

I would love to be helpful, but there really is a point and time when agents need to stop answering questions and start ASKING questions, because the learning is in the asking because the answer is never a simple one. You may want to know because you want to sell. Or need information to settle a trust, etc.
