Do you have any data on the average sq. ft list price from 2004 till now in the Florence area?
Also current average list vs sale price of a residential home? Thank you.

FIRST ANSWER
Price per square foot varies tremendously due to condition and age of homes. Newer homes (1975) will average $95 to $115. Obviously older homes vary by amount of updating (electric & Plumbing) as well as structural conditions.
