Roxanne, I just posted a blog about the first quarter shoreline sales for Oceana County. It's looking good!

It appears that in the NW MI area that waterfront and resort properties are holding their own. Because there is more inventory, buyers are being very selective. If the seller doesn't take their first offer, there are others for them to choose from and they will move on to the next property. But, just with everything else, when the price is right the property sells.

I would think that any property with a view would hold strong vs. other locations.
