Do the statistics supplied by Trulia in the market & trends, reflect only sales reported to Trulia by Brokers?

Our sales data is compiled from public records at local assessor, tax, and recorder offices.

FIRST ANSWER
We Realtors do not report sales to anyone other than MLS. They are getting the info from either MLS or from public records when/if the sales are reported.
The most reliable history of sales you can get would be by asking a Realtor to run a report for you.
