Data for real estate value declines in 2008
I would like specific data to show the % of decline in real estate values for single family homes in the Gulf Shores area west of city [Plash Island, Bon Secour River area, Oyster Bay areas. [Oct 2007 to Oct 2008]
Will use the information to appeal property tax increases for 2008 which increased 10-20% in valuation when the actual valuation was declining anywhere from 10-50% in actual sales prices VS the listing price.

the data your looking for. It breaks it down to property values and % by zones including Bon Secour but
