I don't have access to the Branson market MLS, so I can't give you a direct answer myself, I'm in the St Louis market, but the area in Branson, is still important - plus is it on the lake, or is it close to the malls or ??? Zip code isn't as big of a player, since it's a small area. There are still a lot of other factors to consider - garage or carport, basement or slab. Out of curiosity, why is a Florida realtor trying to figure out a Missouri market? Investor?
