What price per square foot would a condominium fetch on wilshire boulevard about a block from the Golden Triangle. The condominium is 2700 square foot in size.

Hi Joe

Wilshire is a great place to live. I do and love it. Condo prices vary per building. There are A, B and C buildings. Condition matters too. Also - we have one co-op that has lower sq. footage prices because the HOA's are so high. There are a number that have sold recently - so would be happy to answer with a specific building and unit in mind.

Good luck!

Hi Joe,
It depends on the condition of the condo it self, if it is remodeled or not, if it has a view. You can check out my beverly hills blog where you can get info on the avg. price per sqf. at http://www.tovasarir.com
