The average days on market in the last year for single family homes in spencer is 147. The average days on market for condo's in the last year is 13 days (only 2 condo's sold)

Hi, Kimberly ... well, according to MLS ...there doesn't seem to have been a house sold on Sherwood Drive since 2006 3 homes sold in 2006, 3 in 2004 and then one a year for the previous 3 years ....

The average is coming to 136.33 ... but that is only because the 3 houses in 2006 were all on the market for nearly 300 days (297, 307, 332) prior to that all the other sales were on the market less than a 100 days ... often less than 60 days.
