Can you tell me how many houses were on the market in Idaho Falls in July of '08, '07, '06 and '05?
Or do you know where I could find such info? MLS?

Our MLS doesnt allow us to go back and look up what was listed as active in those years however if you visit my blog http://www.buyinidahofalls.com you can see a graph that shows how many homes sold in Bonneville County clear back to 2000. Call me if you have questions 208-681-3009.
