In the Bay Area, check out The Real Estate Guys. Not a blog, but a nationally syndicated radio show along with a newsletter and modestly priced educational program designed to develop real estate investors. Some free events, too. Brian Brady's blog is an excellent resource, too.
Check out matrix.millersamuel.com. I believe it's the single best blog for understanding the real estate and economic trends that will inform your investing.
