Can't find good tenants for 2 rentals and management fees too high. Any suggestions or leads welcome.?
I have two well maintained, good value rental properties in great neighborhoods but have little luck finding good tenants.

I favor executive placements and have considered management companies but their rates do not allow me to break even in this tough market. Anybody have a viable suggestion or recommend an affordable management company? Willing to offer reasonable commision for qualified lead.
