Can anyone tell me how long an average home (not a forclosure) stays on the market before sale in Villa Rica?

Hello again Kelly,
Here are the stats for Caroll county. The numbers can get more specific depending on school district, neighborhood etc. But this will give you an estimate. Feel free to email or call with any additional questions.

Thanks ladies! I was hoping to hear just such information. I'm in Carroll and the price is 149,900. It's A 5/3...nearly an acre fenced yard...pool/play subdivision...corian kitchen...upgrades throughout...just extra goodies as compared to the comps in our area.

Thanks again!!

Kelly,

Since you didn't give us a price range, I pulled everything under $200,000 for the last three months and came up with an average of 99 days on the market.

If you want to be more specific please let me know so I can serve you better.
