Can anyone give me the average DOM and list to sale price ratio for the E. Norriton area? Thanks.
My zip code is 19401, but that also encompasses Norristown, which I suspect has different characteristics than East Norriton. I'd appreciate any info - we are looking to put our house on the market in ~6 months.
