That would depend on whether the owner agreed and it complies with the rules and regulations of the community. Call or email me directly if you need further assistance. 239-206-3467

Hunters Ridge has rules and regulations that must be reviewed to determine the answer to your question.

Are you looking to rent there?

Some buildings allow dogs, but not over l8 inches in height. No pitbulls, rottweilers, or large dogs of any kind. This is an agreement with all owners. However, if you get on the board of directors you can change the rules through agreement of a percentage of voters.

It depends on neighborhood rules and landlord....

The home you referenced is for sale, not for rent so you would need to have your Realtor contact the listing agent with any questions.

If you are asking if renters can have dogs in general - it just depends on the landlord or seller's regulations as well as if there is an association or any city rules.

Yes, in some areas it is allowed. It all depends on whether or not it is a regulated issue With the associat where the home it's located, or whether the owner will allow it
I would be glad to assist with this process! Feel free to call, text or email me.
