Hello. In my opinion, I suggest making repairs within 24 to 48 hours after receiving notice of a problem.

Depends on what repairs are beig requested. I suggest consulting attorney and see what the individual Tenant/Landlord laws say or finding a resource for your city/state online by using those keywords.
