Buying in Youngsville,NC Lots of new construction, but many houses still for sale. Is it a good area?
Some of the homes I have been looking at have been on the market 4 months. Should I look some where else?

FIRST ANSWER
You need to have a written list of your priorities/what you want in a home, and how long you plan on living there....do not base where or what you will live in based on how long houses in an area are on the market.
If you understand clearly what you want, and are preapproved for a certain amount, only then should you look at stats on an area, schools, etc. 4 months is not a long time for houses to be on the market...being volatile like it is.
