Brokers state "Difficult to Find Comps to your Bluegrass KY Property" What are best alternatives to market?
7-8 Local Brokers also state subject property above is NOT overpriced. This price question is always confirmed on feedback stats post showing, along with 'shows beautifully, well maintained, etc'. I am considering an appraisal by a firm that specializes in Historic properties; is this recommended? Many thanks

FIRST ANSWER
I would say yes of course, anyone who specializes in the type of property is more likely to know how to find comps and value. But in my experience many quality experienced appraisers do a fine job but they are not always the lowest priced of course.
