FIRST ANSWER
Hi Peggy-
I am working with 2 clients who are looking for condos in the Western suburbs. They are both looking for convenient locations (close to train, x-ways, shopping, their jobs, etc..). Both of them prefer the downtown areas like Downers Grove or Elmhurst that have a city feel. Neither one of them like the retail space below. They are looking for well priced, atleast 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, clean units with reasonable assessments.
