HEB area? The grocery store? Since I shop there about once a day; then yes... I'm an expert in the HEB area! Also in the Walmart area and Best Buy area if by any chance you are looking there too? :)

I think that some of us are not answering because the question is a little vague. Are you looking for a property manager? if so, in my particular case, it would be a little too far for such purpose, however if you are looking to purchase investment property or rent a property, I am sure that many of us will be happy to help.

I know the HEB area very well. I used to live in Southlake and did lots of business there in the last 15 years.

The HEB area is Hurst, Euless and Bedford, three small close-set towns right between Dallas and Fort Worth.

I am sorry, I know i do not specialize in the HEB area because I do not know where it is. But it seems that the Dallas , Ft. Worth agents don't either since one is offering to assist you. Were is the HEB area and maybe they can direct you better.

When you look in you papers for rentals it should say agent, when a agent has the rental, that same agent , if an MLS agent will or lets say hopefully should look up other rentals for you.
